Week one of season 10 is in the books! Pour House Pub Trivia Weekend recap!

Pour House pub trivia‘s weekend was busy, what with the start of the Great Frederick Fair and the arrival of fall, all of a sudden!
Seems like the pumpkin spice latte brought the cooler weather with it, as we’re already approaching sweatshirt weather!

Belles’ Sports Bar – Frederick, MD
We kicked off Season 10 in fine fashion at Belles Sports Bar, and it was a real close game of live trivia!
Earth’s Mightiest Heroes was our champions for tonight, with Uncle Jack finishing in 2nd. S2D2 hung right in there, and took down 3rd place! Our first category for next week’s game is the Powerpuff Girls.

Captain Bender’s – Sharpsburg, MD
We had a great night of live trivia at Captain Bender’s in Sharpsburg! Rounding out the winners podium was our house team Boh’s & Hoes!! In second place was Better Living Through Chemistry!! In the top spot, the only team to get the final, were The Gaza Strippers!! Their choice of first category next week? The movie, “The Program”!! The Raw Bar – Frederick, MD
It was a fun game of bar trivia at the Raw Bar & Grill tonight!
Unfortunately we didn’t make the 10 team total tonight so I didn’t get to hand out the $25 random cash prize, but the teams that did make it out, made for a back-and-forth, in and out of 1st place kind of game!
After the smoke cleared, this is how tonight played out: In 3rd place tonight was the Beverly Crushers! 2nd and 1st place kept flip-flopping! But 2nd tonight was Threat Level Midnight! And the only team to get the final bonus question to jump back into 1st and win the game this week.. The Witiot’s!!
Welcome back to the top spot team! They chose the movie” Buckaroo Bonzai” for next weeks winners choice category, so study up and let’s get at least 10 teams here next Sunday so I can give out the $25 bonus prize!!
