Captain Bender’s – Sharpsburg, MD
We had another awesome summer night of trivia at Captain Bender’s in Sharpsburg!!
Our regulars were in the house and hungry for prizes!! In third place after a valiant effort was Rice Rice Baby!! In second just ahead of them after a slew of song requests to motivate them was Crom’s Four Winds!! But the top prize went to the team-to-beat, FISTED SISTER!!
Their choice of first category for next week? Sons of Anarchy! See you next Sunday!!

Oriole’s Nest #331 – Frederick, MD
Tonight was our second game of Sunday night trivia since we moved to The Orioles Nest #331, and the game was GREAT!
Lots of teams trading off for the top spot throughout the game, but once again, the final question and how teams wagered changed up the top 3. Finishing in tonight’s 3rd spot was a new visitor I hope will be back again, Whatever Happened To The Dufrenes? ! Unfortunately dropping back to the 2nd spot after tonight’s final was Ollie Monsters, and the only team to answer the final correctly to make the jump from 4th to 1st was The Vitrifiers!!!
They picked episode 5, or in layman’s terms, The Empire Strikes Back for next week’s winner’s choice question, so study up, and I’ll see everyone back next Sunday at The Orioles Nest for trivia!!
