Super Trivia on Super Bowl Sunday! Pour House trivia recap!

Pour House pub trivia had two SUPER games of live trivia to pre-game the Super Bowl!

We had our World Series on Saturday and then nailed the warm-up for the SUPER BOWL! What a game, eh? No rooting interest for me, but a heck of a 4th quarter!

SUPER BOWL SHMUPER-BOWL! LIVE TRIVIA WILL PREVAIL!

We had an awesome EARLY game of pre-Super Bowl trivia at Captain Bender’s in Sharpsburg!! We had a brain melting game from start to finish, with some new team names to start off the new season!

In third place (and I am eternally flattered) No Torie Us!! In second place was the killer Boh’s & Hoes team!! But the trophy winner of this big game was Fisted Sister!!!

Their choice of first category? Major Payne!! See you next Sunday!!

Avery’s Maryland Grille – Frederick, MD

It was sooo WEIRD having my Sunday game three hours early today because of the Super Bowl. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy to be out watching the game, and it was nice to finish the game and it was still light out, but still, it was just weird.

I was happy to see some teams make it out to Avery’s Grille for live trivia even with the Super Bowl and the time change for trivia this Sunday. We had a competitive game between my teams, but this is how it ended for the official opening day of Season 11. Finishing in 3rd today was The B- Team! They changed their name for the new season, maybe that worked cause they finished 2nd tonight, We’ve Embraced Our Mediocrity!! I was sooo HAPPY to see our game winners tonight, they finally found out where the game moved and said they’re gonna be back regularly, The Witiots!!

They have chosen “Foreign Foods” for next weeks winners choice question, and don’t forget! Next Sunday at Avery’s, we are back to our normal 6:30 sign-ups/ 7:00 game time, so I’ll see everyone next week at Avery’s Maryland Grille!!
