We had a killer night of live trivia tonight at Captain Bender’s!!
The teams were lightening fast with their answers and fiending for a prize! In third place after dethroning a team in the final, the COBRAS took home the prize!! In second just ahead of them were our odd-defying duo, CRICKET FIGHTERS!! In first, perpetuating their claim to fame as the team to beat: FISTED SISTER!! Their choice of first category next week? The Outlaw Josie Wales!
I’m off next week for my little brother’s graduation in New York, so I’ll see you in two weeks!!

Avery’s Maryland Grille – Frederick, MD
We had a nice turnout of fun and competitive teams at Avery’s Maryland Grille tonight for live trivia!
Teams moving up and down in the pack hunting for the coveted top 3 spots and after the final question was asked, the top 3 spots switched up one last time! Dropping back to 3rd after a tie-breaker question was The Vitrifiers! Making a move from 5th to 2nd after the final was My Trivia Team Works Half-Fast!! With a smart wager on a final (in which NO teams answered correctly) and sliding back up to 1st place for the win:The Ollie Monsters!!!
Make sure to get to a movie theater before next Sunday night, because for the winners choice question they picked “Pitch Perfect 2” as the category. I’m passing out World Series and Playoff invites next week also, so make sure to get back to Avery’s next Sunday!!
