PHT Special Event: Springfield Manor in Thurmont

On an Inaugural week, Pour House Trivia was so very proud to host an Inaugural PHT Trivia Night at Springfield Manor Winery & Distillery in Thurmont!  An enormous crowd greeted us (and me) (and Mrs. Chief), much wine was drunk, much food was consumed, and much trivia was cogitated upon.  A whopping 23 BRAND NEW TEAMS joined the Pour House Trivia fold. (Did I say wine was plentiful?)

Despite the challenges of managing so many teams, every last one of them remained until at least the last question (when they may have discovered they were too far out of the running.).   Even the staff remarked: “Great occasion! So much fun!”

It’s nice to be responsible for a great time, for requesting extra tables, for really just sacking the kitchen — and it’s not a bridal party or a wedding or a retirement. PHT brought people and Springfield provided amazing service, food, and drink.  A special congratulations to our top three teams!
