Instead of Cyber Monday-ing…

Bar Trivia teams in Maryland and Virginia rallied their forces and saved some strength in their mouse hands this evening by choosing to not spend money online but to compete for some trivia duckets in real life. Thanks for playing tonight everyone :)

il Forno

Mucho props to Quick Pink and the Vine Gang tonight! They blew their bonus in Rd 2 but kept their game faces on and mangaed to grind out the W. And nice work to the camp over at Silent Tiitty Deadly Bang, who managed a little snipe from behind  on the final to leap frog into 2nd Place. And 3rd was a tie breaker that earned One Crow Short of a Murder the leader board slot over SouthPaw Fish.

Fun night and Great Game tonight everyone! Thanks for braving the cold. I wish you a wonderful week, during which, Quick have invited us to study a little about Sandwich Trivia… have fun with that :) See you next Monday…dg

Lucy’s Arlington

What a performance put in at Lucy’s by Sorry Folks, Park’s Closed, as they led the whole way, picked up a crucial six points on the 6-4-2 question and pulled away for an insurmountable lead after round four.  We did have a very tight race for second place, as our remaining teams were separated by just a few points.  The Cunning Linguist Kitten Club held on for second, with Korner Bar taking third.  We’ll start next week with a question “A Charlie Brown Christmas”.  See you then!  ~ Matt
