Pour House pub trivia‘s weekend was a horse race of teams vying to nab OUR triple crown!
OK, maybe not the whole truth, but at least some of it?

Belles’ Sports Bar – Frederick, MD
We had a WILD game of bar trivia at Belles’, as we had a few folks left over from the Preakness to add to the general party mayhem!
It was Wiseacres who had a monumental comeback to take down first place.
The Wolverines were are 2nd place finishers as a threesome, and If It’s Not Scottish its Crap were our 3rd place team.

Captain Bender’s – Sharpsburg, MD
We had an awesome game of pub quiz tonight at Captain Bender’s in Sharpsburg!! So awesome, in fact, that we had a tiebreaker to settle the scores!
In the third place spot was Fisted Sister!! In the second place spot after a close(ish–not really) tie breaker was The Innebriati!!
Which means, up top tonight after a short hiatus was Pog Mo Thoin!! Their choice of first category? AUDIO AC/DC!!

The Raw Bar – Frederick, MD
Well, it was a fun night out at the Raw Bar & Grill for live trivia tonight!
I had most of my regulars tonight but also a couple visiting teams stop in to play. 1st, 2nd and 3rd were pretty much locked in from the end of the first round, but after the wagering for the final question, I did have some flip-flopping!
Finishing in 3rd place tonight was Silent Titty, Deadly Bang. Moving up to 2nd was The Phlitches!
And with this win tonight, this team has officially become my House Champion for the second season in a row… Optimus Prime Rib!!
Next Sunday I pass out my invites for the Play-offs and World Series, and O.P.R chose “Kill Bill: Vol 1& 2” for next week’s winner’s choice category, so study up and get your buns to Raw Bar next Sunday night for some more Pour House sexiness!!!
