A nip in the air for Pour House Pub Trivia’s weekend!
Pour House pub trivia‘s weekend was packed with a trio of great games leading up to the Summer Fling finale!
Sure seems to be cooling off out there just in time for the start of football season! I guess it really is about to be fall.

Well the rain cleared by the time we got our game going at Belles tonight, it may have rained out In The Street festival but it didn’t touch us! I was filling in for Ronnie tonight, and you all were quite welcoming as always. Actually it looked a good bit like a Tuesday night party, hehe.
It was a fun night with you all, I especially liked the Smarty Pants flashback dances/fan girl moments for that ’99 pop music!
We had a rough round 4 which shook up our top teams, and more strategic wagering on the final which shook them up even more. When the aftershocks stopped though it was Wiser but Still Dead in 3rd, Uncle jack in 2nd and it was Dingos Stole My Baby who rode off in to the sunset as winners in their REO speedwagon! Nice job. 🙂
When you all convene next at Belles in two weeks (Summer fling is next saturday) you will start off with 80s Hairbands. Awesome.

We were back from our Labor Day holiday hiatus tonight at Captain Bender’s for the last game before our Summer Fling finals!
It was a one-on-one game as the rest of our regulars took the night off to save their brainpower for this coming weekend! In a head to head nail-biter between Boh’s & Hoes and Fisted Sister, but it was FISTED SISTER that took home the prize with a 6-POINT LEAD!!
Their choice of first category next week? Hustle & Flow!! Enjoy the rest of your week and study up for the big game on Saturday!! See you the day after, same time, same place!!

Orioles’ Nest #331 – Frederick, MD
It was good times as always for yesterday’s trivia game at the Orioles Nest. The final day of the Summer Fling had some ups and downs for a few teams, and after the final question was answered, the wagers were calculated and gave us this: Holding onto to 3rd place was the Ollie Monsters, in 2nd was Smarty Pants and the winner of our final Summer Fling game was The Vitrifiers!! The first pick for the first winners choice of Season 12 will be “World War II Tanks”, so study up and let’s have some fun this season at Orioles Nest #331!!!
