Pour House pub trivia‘s weekend was able to confirm that yes, for sure, spring is here!
We had three great games of pub quiz for you to check out after hanging outside all day!
Belles’ Sports Bar – Frederick, MD
Man what a beautiful evening yet the live trivia faithful joined me tonight a Belles Sports Bar for an outstanding game!
It was fairly close at the end and here are the results:

Captain Bender’s – Sharpsburg, MD
It looks like the warm weather is finally here to stay! We had a killer game at Captain Bender’s in Sharpsburg tonight!!
Tonight was the kind of night where the teams outsmarted the hostess on a couple of things – go figure! In the third place spot were the Cobras with an awesome advance in the second half. In second were the dedicated Boh’s & Hoes!! But the first place prize went to the nearly undefeated Fisted Sister!!
Their choice of first category: The Battle of Sharpsburg!

Avery’s Maryland Grille – Frederick, MD
Another great game of live trivia went down at Avery’s Maryland Grill last night! The teams really keep the games up here exciting, and last night was no different! I did feel terrible for the team holding 1st place for 90% of the game not even finishing in the top 3 after the final, but that’s how crazy the cookie crumbles sometimes!
The final question really changed up everything for all the teams, and OF COURSE, a tie-breaker question was needed for the finish. Winning the tie-breaker to go from last place to 3rd was Fat Kids are Hard to Kidnap! Making the move from 5th to 2nd after the final was We’ve Embraced Our Mediocrity!! They were in a tie for 2nd before the final, but after, were holding 1st place all to themselves, the Witiots!!!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Next Sundays game will be held downstairs at Monkey La-La’s because Avery’s has so many reservations for Mothers Day, which reminds me: Make sure to talk to your mother or grandmother about what they used to enjoy drinking because next weeks winner’s choice question is “Classic Cocktails”, I’ll see everyone next Sunday night at Avery’s!!
